PAYMENT INFORMATION

If reserving a trip a $500 per person deposit is required. (A $750 deposit is required for trips including a Galapagos Cruise.)

Final payment is due 90 days before departure date, UNLESS enrolled in EP Discount Plan, or requested in original invoice or quotation..

If reserving a trip within 90 days of departure, final payment is due at time of reservation.

Galapagos Charter deposits are 50% of program costs and supersede other deposits.

Certain high demand departures for ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS might call for different Payment and Cancellation terms than listed here.   These will be provided to you separately with your quotation and/or invoice.

CARNIVAL, NEW YEARS, DECEMBER HOLIDAY Programs are subject to different Payment and Cancellation terms than listed here.  These will be provided to you separately with your quotation and/or invoice.

Certain HOTELS, LODGES, OR VESSELS are subject to different Payment and Cancellation terms than listed here.  These will be provided to you separately with your quotation or invoice.

Forms of payment accepted include money order, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you have to cancel your reservation, the following penalties will apply UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED because of a high demand departure, holiday departure, or a hotel/lodge/vessel superseding cancellation term: 

• Between Booking Date & 60 days before Departure
  $500 per person & non-refundable portion of airline tickets
  
  
• Between 59 - 30 days before Departure
  50% of tour price & non-refundable portion of airline tickets
  
  
• Between 29 days & Departure date
  100% of tour price & non-refundable portion of airline tickets

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED - We usually include insurance price in price box. If you do not see it included please ask your Eco Voyager agent for more information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following defines Eco Voyager's responsibility and limitations of liability with regard to all of our trips. Payment of deposit represents acceptance by purchaser(s) of the following terms and conditions. Eco Voyager Inc. purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with Eco Voyager Inc. in any way. Eco Voyager Inc., its employees, servants, or agents, CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, SICKNESS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE which may occur due to the following. 1) Wrongful negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Eco Voyager, Inc. 2) Defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality under the control of independent suppliers. Eco Voyager Inc. assumes no responsibility in case of wars, strikes, delays, fire, accidents, epidemics, governmental events, or any other problem beyond the reasonable control of the operator. Eco Voyager Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen baggage or personal property. Purchaser(s) Acknowledge(s) that Eco Voyager Inc. nor its agents has made any representation or promises with respect to the travel and/or lodging described herein except as expressly set forth in this brochure unless otherwise expressed in writing and signed by an officer of Eco Voyager Inc.. Eco Voyager Inc. has no obligation to provide purchaser with any information concerning the costs utilized in establishing the price of the tour package, either before during or after the tour is completed. All prices include charges for planning, operation and servicing. Eco Voyager Inc. reserves the right to cancel any itinerary and/or make changes at any time to any itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or to retain as a member of any tour any person at any time, and to pass on to tour members any expenditure occasioned by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in its cost, Eco Voyager Inc. reserves the right to adjust its rates. Should this occur passengers will be given alternate travel options or rescheduling opportunities.
