We had a wonderful time. The crew on the ship thought of everything and they were always so upbeat. Our tours with our naturalist guide were very informative and he answered all of our questions. When we were in Quito our guide was waiting for us and took us on a very nice tour, he made sure we had all the correct airline informaton and tickets - the whole trip was made very easy for us. The trip to Brazil was good... The hotels that you booked were very good and location was great. The hotel at the Falls was very good and the tour there was excelent. The tour guide was great and very concerned with my husband not walking not too good and didn't rush us. Couldn't ask for a better guide. In Buenos Aires the location of the hotel was near a mall and the restaurants in the mall good.

We had a most wonderful time in Costa Rica. The many outdoor activities of the guided nature hikes, white water rafting, zip canopying, horseback riding, ATV rides, and the hot mineral springs were better than expected. Our driver, Francisco was so friendly and courteous....always professional and prompt. He tried to accommodate all our needs during our long travels between the different regions/cities... The accommodations were quaint and clean with charming attributes... Our guides were quite knowledgeable and personable with no complaints. They were the highlight of our trip since without them, we would have never seen the amazing wildlife. All the tours were professionally managed and we were picked up as scheduled. I felt I could have stayed one day longer in both Arenal and Manual Antonio to do more activities. Overall, it was a most enjoyable vacation for us....a different experience compared to our many journeys to Europe. We plan on booking a trip to Chile with Ecovoyager for 2008 and hopefully some friends can join us. Thank you for making this booking process so easy.

Hi Basi, We just returned on Friday, and it was a fantastic trip! I did fill out the Eco Voyager evaluation form that our guide, Jorge, gave us in Ecuador, so that will likely go to your Quito office. In general, we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the trip. The guides were excellent, and all of the details went according to plan. We were very pleased with the quality of service throughout (by drivers, guides, airport personnel), and found the accommodations to be what we had expected. We were not disappointed in any way and would not have negative feedback to offer. Indeed, we hope there will be other ways to work with Eco Voyager for future trips.

Hi Ben, We have just returned from our trip to Cuzco, Machu Picchu and the Galapagos. I wanted to take a minute to let you know how much we enjoyed the entire experience. Our guides in Cuzco, (Sandra) and in Quito, (Jorge) were exceptional as were the guides on the Flamingo in the Galapagos. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs and interests. The accomodations were very good at all stops and the meals were invariably well done. The trip was fast-paced and always informative and entertaining. For a couple of 73 year-olds we thought we kept up pretty well with the "younger" crowd on the many hikes, climbs, swims and other activities on the Galapagos. Quito is a great city and we especially enjoyed our several days there as well as the time we spent in Cuzco and Machu Picchu. I think we soaked up as much culture, history and general information as was possible in the time we had in Peru and Ecuador. The trip was truly memorable and we thank you and the staff at Ecovoyager for putting it all together so efficiently. We will be watching your website for future travel opportunities.

Over all this was one of our best vacations, we highly recommend it to everyone. The food was very good, and the people were most friendly. Our guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel-Del Prado Inn, Cusco was first rate, and their restaurant was very accomodating...Then the best part of our trip on to the jungle, Puerto Maldonado. Here we stayed at the Reserva Amazonica Inkaterra. No electricity, no TV, no telephones, no hot water. Netting over the beds to keep out bugs. Low level lighting by lanterns. It was great. We thank you very much, for you help in making this a great adventure.

Our trip was wonderful. Everything went as planned (with a few minor switches). The Fiesta people were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. We always felt that we were in good hands. Peru is truly a beautiful, fascinating country, with friendly people, great food, wonderful crafts, and great birding. Have you ever seen the cock-of-the-rock?
I would recommend Peru to any one - it is "soft" travel. I wouldn't mind returning someday as well.

Hi Basi - I'll just briefly recap the trip you put together....Because I had such a great time, there is almost nothing that I felt that went wrong. First of all the hotels you selected were all fine and very well located (I loved that). The hotel in Cusco was right on the main square, In Puno just steps from the main pedestrian street, and in La Paz the hotel was right in the middle of El Prado....all were friendly. I especially liked the hotel in Huatajaca (spelling?) Bolivia with all the Inca and native attractions right on the hotel grounds on Lake Titicaca. I'm really glad I took the extra day in Lima - it was well worth it (I might have done another day to see even more). Machu Picchu was awesome! The highlight of the trip however was Bolivia - especially the day on the hydrofoil going around Lake Titicaca. I had a super tour guide Natalia. The trip to Peru was great but adding Bolivia on made it awesome. The food was great, people friendly, and the culture and scenery outstanding. I can really recommend this part of the world and booking through you - you did a great job and thanks for getting me all centrally located hotels!

Thank you for all of your help. We had a great time. Everything was done wonderfully. We came back exausted, but very happy. Our guides in both countries were wonderful. All of the hotels were great, with the exception of the hotel in Lima - very noisy, especially when we only had time there just to sleep! Other than that, we had no complaints. Basi---we got back from our trip on saturday the 13th and I can say our vacation was fantastic--the weather was great with only one day of rain and that was a travel day for us. The Inca Trail was hard but beautiful and we all made it. The jungle was colder than I thought it would be but we saw lots of animals and birds and even saw two jaguars along the Tambopata River. Everyone was happy with the food, the hotels, etc...Thanks for all your hard work and next time we go to South or Central America I will book with you guys again.
